Many men I know don’t realize how much their posture and how they carry themselves influence impressions. Training properly isn’t just about hitting the gym aimlessly—it’s about building functional strength and confidence that shows. Dressing well also plays a huge role. I found that upgrading my wardrobe from casual, boyish clothes to more mature, well-fitted outfits made a surprising difference in how others perceived me. It’s about finding styles that highlight your best features while staying authentic. Eye contact is underrated. Most men tend to avoid it, which can signal a lack of confidence. Learning to maintain steady, respectful eye contact helps command presence and shows genuine interest during conversations. Lastly, presence goes beyond looks or clothes—it's about owning the space you’re in. This means speaking clearly, standing tall, and engaging fully in social interactions. When you combine these factors, you don’t just avoid being mogged—you become someone others aspire to be like. Remember, the top 10% don’t just win by chance; they build their mindset and habits consciously. Keep pushing to unlock your potential and be the standard, not the follower.
