Symptoms often include fatigue, weakness, pallor, and shortness of breath, with treatment depending on the cause.

Aplastic anemia, a less common but severe form, involves bone marrow failure and presents with symptoms of pancytopenia. This requires careful monitoring and sometimes bone marrow transplantation. The complexity and variety of anemia types highlight the necessity of tailored treatment plans.
