I was a WHOLE different person 4 years ago🤯

It's CRAZY to think I was a totally different person just 4 YEARS AGO 🤯 (I'm sharing my #1 tip below👇🏾)

I mean I was different physically, obviously but I was different mentally, and spiritually too. I was DOWN BAD🥺 The weight gain + hormonal imbalance from PCOS was kicking my ahhhh🫠

VSG ISNT FOR EVERYBODY.... but it balanced my hormones and helped my lose enough weight to become active again and be able to take care of myself both physically and mentally.

✨️My #1 tip for anyone on a weightloss journey (no matter the method) is to DOCUMENT EVERYTHING ‼️

Take pictures before and during because those will show you your progress more than the scale and your eyes. I honestly wish I had taken more full body pictures and videos but I was so insecure about my body, I only took pics from the neck up.

Even if you don't like what you see, TAKE THE PICTURES. Just remind yourself that these are for the betterment of your journey💕
