10 tips to let go of your past self 🤍

We hear this all the time but no one tells us how to do it!

Letting go is hard!! Especially letting go of habits, self beliefs, groups of friends, or mindsets. It takes conscious effort to become a new version of ourselves and let the old one go.

You have to be mindful of what exactly those parts of you are that you want to let go of and change. It takes time and really sitting with yourself to identify.

Then you have to put those things into action and that can be really hard especially if it involves distance from certain people or family that are aligned with where you’re going.

But it’s always worth it. Your future self is counting on you to make these changes and let go of what’s holding you back 🤍✨
