How to help detox your body ✨

Detoxing is really about supporting your detoxing organs = liver & kidneys

We can do things that help promote detoxing by getting blood flowing, staying hydrated, moving lymph, and not consuming things that put more stress on those organs aka alcohol, drugs, smoking etc.

the amazing thing about our liver and kidneys is that they will “detox” our body even with us trying to help! That’s just their job and they’re amazing at it!!

So tell you liver and kidneys thank you 😉

I like to do red light therapy and lymphatic drainage every night, a detox bath 2 times a week, and moving my body every chance I get!!

I hope this helps xx

... Read moreDetoxification is a vital process your body naturally performs, particularly through the liver and kidneys. To support this system, consider incorporating regular exercise, which enhances blood flow and promotes lymphatic movement. Techniques like red light therapy can significantly stimulate lymphatic function, improving cellular activity and circulation, which are key to detoxifying your body. Additionally, detox baths can be incredibly effective. A simple recipe includes two tablespoons of sea salt, two tablespoons of Aztec healing clay, three tablespoons of baking soda, and two cups of Epsom salts, which together assist in drawing toxins from the body. Implementing lymphatic drainage techniques—such as dry brushing or guasha—can further aid in the removal of toxins and enhance overall well-being. By making these practices a consistent part of your routine, you can nurture your detox organs and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Remember, the goal is to create an environment where your body can effectively detoxify itself!.

I used to do a detox bath with the apple cider vinegar, 10 drops of lavender essential oil, baking soda and epsom salt and it worked wonders
