cycle syncing = being in tune with your cycle helps nourish your body
hydrating with electrolytes = supports your adrenal health
scheduling your workouts = makes it a “i am” rather than a “i need to”
vaginal health = being confident & comfortable talking about vaginal health bc it’s so normal >>
chlorophyll for daily detoxing = fav way to start my morning beverages
castor oil packs = makes you snatched & detoxed
botox alternatives = i developed an allergy to Botox (kinda scary)
fruit & veggie variety = promotes gut microbiome diversity
Out:
caffeine before food = spikes cortisol
Candida overgrowths = I’m so over them 😂
not eating enough protein = can lead to poor gut & hormone health
taking supplements for no reason = do blood work to find deficiencies
artificial sweeteners & dyes = bad for gut health

scrolling on your phone after waking up = starts your day off on the wrong foot
