what I learned in 2024 as a 27 yr old ✨

this was a big year for me!! I started living by myself, I went through a break up, I traveled a lot, got diagnosed with PCOS, and so much more 🥹

It was one of the hardest but most rewarding years of my life. I worked so hard and really worked on myself. I am so grateful for all the struggles I went through because I am so much better off now.

I am so excited for what this year brings and the growth that will occur 🫶🏻

What’s a lesson you learned last year?✨

This year, letting go of unhealthy relationships allowed me to focus on self-love and acceptance. I learned the importance of mindset, shifting from "I want to heal my trauma" to "I want to support the parts of me that are hurting or scared." This new perspective is crucial in managing my PCOS and emotional wellbeing. Moreover, embracing the idea that "everything is happening FOR ME" has shifted my approach to challenges. It’s a reminder that life’s ups and downs are part of my unique wellness journey. I realized that my growth isn’t linear; it has its highs and lows, which is entirely okay. I encourage readers to reflect on their years and consider what lessons they can take into the future. What have you learned in your journey, and how has it influenced your perspective going into the new year? Let's embrace our stories together.
