A full day of eating for PCOS ✨

When it comes to PCOS, diet is extremely important! A big part of PCOS is insulin resistance and diet is essential to managing blood sugar.

I try to eat a low carb diet to reduce blood sugar spikes! I take apple cider vinegar shots before meals to also reduce blood sugar spike and it helps a lot!

I always try to eat 30 minutes after waking up and I never skip breakfast! I really prioritize protein at breakfast to keep my full and balanced.

I made chia pudding for a snack which is a well balanced option with healthy fats & fiber!

For lunch, I usually eat a salad with a protein source with other veggies. Dinner really varies based on what I meal prepped for the week!

This might I had shredded beef tacos which were soo yummy. I love making a chuck roast because it lasts me a whole week!

Hope this helps provide some meal inspo ✨

I love chia pudding! these are all really good tips/ things to look out for. I'm glad you bring attention to fiber & fats, because a lot of people overlook that and just focus on getting enough protein ❤️
