I love magnesium!! Having anxiety, magnesium is something I’m reaching for often!🥹

I make a magnesium drink before bed to help me wind down and sleep better. It’s one of my favorite parts of my routine.

We don’t have to just take supplements to get magnesium, you can find magnesium in food as well! Chocolate is one of my favorite natural sources of magnesium 😍

I love tart cherry juice for muscle recovery after a workout. Dragon fruit is high in magnesium so I add it to my morning smoothie!
