I promise it tastes better than it looks! 1 higher protein/high fiber tortillas (I use Ole or Mission) 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese 1/4 cup ff mozzarella cheese 2-3 TBLS sauce 1 servings turkey pepperoni (approximately 16) Season to taste. Fold. Crimp sides. Air fry about 8 minutes.
