For 2025 I want to incorporate more self-care into my routine. Currently I try to take time for myself to relax but it can be hard to prioritize yourself when there’s so much to do.

What are your favorite self-care activities? 🤔 Currently I try to spend time in nature when I’m able to. I focus on prioritizing skin care and body health as much as possible. I also got a massage once that I really enjoyed so I’d like to try getting those more often.
