The Troubles of Acne Days…🌿

Acne on my face has been a real struggle for a long time! At first, I didn't pay much attention, often touching my face, living irregularly, and not being able to give up greasy and spicy food. As a result, small bumps and closed comedones started appearing more and more on my cheeks, forehead, and even my neck.

At its worst, acne spread to my forehead, hairline, between my brows, and temples, with red, swollen, hard pimples all over my face. I was even scared to move my bangs... This led to a vicious cycle, and my skin condition just kept worsening. 😢

Later, I finally decided to take it seriously and improve!

I consulted with an expert and followed the advice consistently, and within a month, the acne on my cheeks disappeared! 🌟 Many women struggle with recurring acne on their cheeks because they didn't address it early on. Taking action sooner is really important!

How I Fought Acne on My Cheeks👇

1⃣ Warm Towel Care After Cleansing

After washing your face, use a warm towel for 5 minutes to help open up your pores.

2⃣ Oil Care with Baby Oil

Gently massage areas like the forehead where there’s excess oil production, helping dissolve the excess oil before cleansing it off.

3⃣ Apply Acne Gel

Apply an appropriate amount of acne gel to the affected areas, allowing it to penetrate deeply and regulate sebum production. Use it consistently morning and night to prevent acne from coming back.

4⃣ Aloe Vera Gel for Moisturizing Care

Finish with a thin layer of aloe vera gel to hydrate the skin and soothe inflammation.

Maintaining Healthy Skin with Good Habits✨

1⃣ Eat Light and Healthy: Avoid greasy and spicy foods.

2⃣ Regular Sleep Schedule: Avoid staying up late; keep a habit of going to bed and waking up early.

3⃣ Moderate Exercise: Promote metabolism and enhance the skin's self-repair ability.

4⃣ Sun Protection: Always apply sunscreen when going outside to reduce UV damage to the skin.

These methods are simple, but the most important thing is “consistency”!

Some days, when my acne felt particularly angry, I'd repeat the compress a couple of times throughout the day, not just after cleansing. This seemed to calm the redness down significantly. Speaking of skincare, what kind of acne treatment did I use? While the article mentions acne gel, I found that looking for specific ingredients really helped. It truly is a journey, and there will be ups and downs. But with consistent effort and understanding what your skin needs, you absolutely can achieve clearer, healthier skin. My biggest takeaway?
