BACK+BIS

Happy Monday!!

I say that..but this Monday SLAPPED me in the face. I woke up late, misplaced my items, and everything in the midst seemed to be going wrong..

I got to the gym later than normal and told myself I’m gonna go in, do my thing, and leave.

I normally like to fit in some cardio or abs but I was NOT going to be forcing myself to do either!

Not every day is going to be, look, or feel the same. But any movement is GOOD movement. 🤩💪

However, embracing a mindset of resilience can help transform a rough start into a rewarding day. Incorporating effective workouts such as Lat Pulldowns and Bicep Hammer Curls—often seen in back and bis routines—can invigorate not just your muscles but also your overall attitude. Here’s a sample BACK+BIS workout that can elevate your fitness level: - Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 10-12 reps - Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: 3 sets of 10-12 reps - Seated Rows: 3 sets of 10-12 reps - Bicep Hammer Curls: 3 sets of 10-12 reps These exercises, designed to target your upper body, can help in building strength as well as boosting your confidence. When workouts feel productive, it fosters a sense of accomplishment that can extend into other areas of your life. Remember, even if you can’t fit in cardio or abs, any movement is beneficial. On days when motivation is low, remind yourself that consistency is more important than perfection.
