SPEND LEG DAY WITH ME🌸

Happy Friday junior 🤗👀

Today was leg day!! My 2nd leg day of the week I try to incorporate more “full leg” workouts vs straight glutes — so that’s what you see here !!

I’m super busy this week, so I went before work. 🥲

Sometimes I’m really bad with eating before I go to the gym in the mornings, but the last 2x I’ve been making myself a slice of toast with PB and cinnamon which has been yum🤤.

I have a post-workout breakfast I made today so I’ll post that next!
