Baked Blueberry Oat Bars
Happy Tuesday!! These bars make for a delicious breakfast on-the-go, or snacking bar !! Plus they’re so easy to make🤍
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 egg
6tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 1/2tbsp sugar free syrup
1 1/2tbsp unsweetened apple sauce
1tsp olive oil
1/4tsp vanilla extract
1C gluten-free rolled oats
1/4C fresh blueberries
1tsp chia seeds
1/2tsp baking powder
Dash of salt
WHAT YOU DO:
**Combine all ingredients (I added blueberries in last)
**Bake at 350° for about 37-40mins
**Slice into bar-shaped squares and serve!
**Store in fridge for 3-4 days for meal prep purposes
