20min | Homemade Pumpkin Donuts🎃
Happy Friday junior!!
I feel like I had no time for baked goods lately!! But we are back to our schedule program🥰
You’re gonna love these — low fat, gluten free, and SO tasty.
YIELDS 12 —
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 cup almond flour
3tbsp pure pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
3tbsp maple syrup
1tsp pumpkin pie spice
WHAT YOU DO:
1. Combine all listed ingredients above in a mixing bowl.
2. Use a teaspoon, or ice cream scooper to make ball form. (I put mine in a mini-muffin tin but I think you could try it on a regular baking pan)
3. Bake for 12-14min at 350° — keep an eye on them!!
4. Let cool for 5-10min before you transfer off pan
**OPTIONAL — Cinnamon+sugar coat** 🤤
1. Once cooked — Paint each ball in a light layer of sugar-free syrup.
2. Mix 1tsp of pumpkin pie spice and 2tsp of monk fruit sweetener in a bowl.
3. Roll the ball in the sugar coating.
4. ENJOY!!
NOTES:
*you could use regular syrup and/or sugar (for calorie purposes I chose sugar-free.
