Happy Wednesday🥰 — coming in with post 2!!

Here’s everything I ate today, this stays within my calorie deficit, is realistic for my life, and realistic for a girl on the move 🤍

✨I ALWAYS fit in breakfast

✨I typically have a protein bar around 2-3:30pm

✨Depending on the day I have a pre-workout snack to fuel me

Andddd of course dinner and a sweet treat 🥰

Not every day looks the same but this is the typical! I try to make my meals homemade, and leave anything processed to my protein bars.

This article highlights a series of meals that not only satisfy nutritional needs but also provide energy for a busy day. Start your morning with a nutritious breakfast, such as a yogurt parfait, which combines protein-rich yogurt, fresh fruits, and granola. For a mid-afternoon boost, opt for a convenient protein bar like a BUILT protein bar packed with essential ingredients. In terms of satisfying lunches and dinners, BBQ chicken served with white rice is a fulfilling option that can be prepared in advance. Don't forget to add a sweet touch to your meals; a homemade chocolate chip cookie can be the perfect way to end your day on a sweet note. Each of these meals is designed to be calorie-conscious while ensuring you’re still enjoying your food. Additionally, for those pre-workout moments, a rice cake topped with crunchy peanut butter serves as a quick and energizing fuel source. Meal prepping is an excellent way to stay on track with your dietary goals—consider planning the week ahead with simple, wholesome meals that keep you within your calorie limits. This balance of homemade meals with the convenience of snacks is key to sustaining a healthy lifestyle, especially for women juggling work and personal goals.
