Mocha Overnight Oats
Happy Wednesday!! I’ve been a slacking on posting so I wanted to share today’s breakfast!
I don’t love having oats for breakfast as they’re high in calories but once in awhile I don’t mind!
I’ve also decided today marks day 1/45 of a new challenge!! Similar to a “75 medium” I except shorter LOL!
I’ve been a slum and need to kick it up a notch.. here’s what the goals are:
• Limit eating out to social occasions/events.
• Calorie deficit — I’ve reallyyyy been slacking here so we’re kicking into full-go mode.
• 8-10k steps/day
• Fitness movement 6x/week
We’re going until JUNE 6!! This will get my ass in motion for summer, feel better and stronger, and get me back in a routine of discipline. The goal is fat LOSS, muscle GAIN — so big emphasis on protein intake.
Here we goooooo!!!
