Today we hit legs HARD. I felt like i was slacking on my glute+leg days so I went in today really trying to make up for it. Here’s the workout:🏋️

Bicycle crunches
Leg raises
I wanted to do glute kickbacks but sigh 😔…the gym was too freaking busy!! SO, working with what I got, and the nonetheless, it was a great, empowering workout!!
