Happy Wednesday 💕I have hit a new milestone—600 people to share my passion, thoughts, and love for all things health and wellness 🥹
I’m a 25yr old working a full-time 9-5. I’ve lost just under 15lbs since April 2024 and while I’m physically healthy and grateful for my weight-loss, this version of me is focused on nutrition, toning, surpassing goals, and balance.
• I’m not a nutritionist, fitness instructor, or personal trainer — I’m just a girly trying to share her healthy habit with each of you 🤷♀️
• I keep it 100%, not every day looks the same, I’m not perfect and I won’t claim to be!! I work M-F and there are days where I am NOT happy about it, about the gym, about myself!
• I’m currently training for a half marathon (my first one !!) but I love yoga, weight lifting, and Pilates too.
if this sounds like you, your interests, or you want to be friends. 🫶🏻Feel free to give me a follow, I’ll send you one back!

It shows the power of sharing real-life experiences and connecting with others on similar journeys. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while working a full-time 9-5 can definitely be challenging, but it's inspiring to see how focusing on nutrition, exercise variety, and balance makes a real difference. Training for a first half marathon is a fantastic goal—combining running with yoga, weight lifting, and Pilates creates a well-rounded fitness regimen that supports strength, flexibility, and endurance. It’s important to remember that progress isn’t always linear; some days we feel less motivated or challenged, but staying consistent is key.
Incorporating a mix of workouts helps prevent burnout and keeps the routine enjoyable, which is crucial for long-term success. Nutrition also plays a fundamental role—not just for weight loss but for fueling workouts and recovery. Choosing balanced meals that nourish your body can support toning and surpassing fitness goals without feeling restrictive. Openly sharing both the good and the struggling days creates authenticity and helps build a supportive community where others feel seen and encouraged.
If you’re considering your own fitness journey, start by setting realistic, personal goals and appreciating all forms of progress—whether it’s a few pounds lost, better mental health, or completing a workout despite a busy schedule. Connecting with others who share your interests, like through social hashtags such as #fitnessjourney and #weightlosstipsandtricks, can provide valuable motivation and friendship. Celebrate every milestone, just as hitting 600 followers is celebrated here, because every step forward is worth recognizing.
