Overhyped Romance Books
These are some of the most overhyped romance books (in my opinion) that I’ve read recently and the reasons why.
📘Brutal Prince: For enemies to lovers, this gave absolutely nothing. I tend to like Sophie Lark’s writing, but this one was so boring to read and lacked any sort of excitement for me.
📘Dance of Thieves: I really tried to like this because I’m a fan of romance/fantasy, but the characters were so one-dimensional to me and it was very predictable.
📘Spanish Love Deception: I really tried to enjoy this book, but it just got so cheesy after a while that I almost DNFed it.
📘Love Hypothesis: I absolutely love Ali Hazelwood, but this book isn’t one of my favorites of hers. I can’t stand the miscommunication trope and it just lacked the spark that a lot of her other books have.
📘Twisted Love: This is my least favorite Ana Huang book (close to Twisted Hate). Out of all the couples, I just really found nothing interesting within these two. I do enjoy the series though, overall.

I agree with Twisted love. It started out pretty good and then as it went on it started to feel a little predictable. So much was going on at once… idk. It felt weird the last half. Also, the mmc didn’t have to hate literally everything😭
