จากประสบการณ์จริงของผมที่ไปลองบุฟเฟ่ต์ชาบูหม่าล่าในราคา 599 บาทนี้ ต้องบอกเลยว่าเป็นการเปิดตัวที่คุ้มค่ามาก เมื่อเทียบกับราคาที่ต่ำที่สุดในร้าน แต่ยังได้เนื้อวากิวออสเตรเลียคุณภาพดี หมูคุโรบุตะ และแซลมอนดองซีอิ๊ว ที่จัดเต็มได้เต็มคำแบบจุกๆ จุดเด่นอีกอย่างที่ผมชอบคือไลน์อาหารแบบ à la carte ที่สั่งได้จากเมนู ทำให้การกินมีความหลากหลายและไม่ต้องเดินตักเองจนเหนื่อย ดีไซน์การจัดวางร้านก็ยังมีมุมสบายๆ เหมาะกับการนั่งทานเป็นกลุ่มและครอบครัว นอกจากนี้ยังมีซุปให้เลือกหลากหลายถึง 5 แบบ ทั้งน้ำซุปหม่าล่า แซ่บถึงใจ ซุปต้มยำ ซุปถั่วสุขภาพ และซุปซาโยเต้ผสมยูสุ ที่ไม่ค่อยเจอในบุฟเฟ่ต์ทั่วไป รวมทั้งน้ำจิ้มที่ปรับแต่งเองได้ ทำให้ได้รสชาติที่ตรงใจคนกินแต่ละคนมากขึ้น การบริการโดยรวมก็รวดเร็ว แม้จะมีลูกค้าเยอะก็ไม่รู้สึกเกะกะ และที่สำคัญคือราคานี้รวมเครื่องดื่ม น้ำผลไม้ ไอศกรีม และของหวานอย่างสายไหมและแพนเค้กด้วย เป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ที่เหมาะมากสำหรับคนที่ชอบกินเนื้อคุณภาพสูงแต่ไม่อยากจ่ายแพงเกินไป ที่ร้าน SHAYOTE Premium Buffet ตั้งอยู่ใกล้แอร์พอร์ตเชียงใหม่ สามารถแวะไปลองชิมได้ง่ายๆ ทั้งวันธรรมดาและสุดสัปดาห์ จากการกินเอง ทำให้เข้าใจว่า การเลือกใช้วัตถุดิบอย่างดีในราคาที่จับต้องได้เป็นจุดที่ดึงดูดลูกค้าได้เยอะมาก โดยเฉพาะคนที่รักเนื้อโดยเฉพาะวากิวและหมูคุโรบุตะ รสชาติของเนื้อและซุปต่างๆ ร่วมกับการบริการที่ดี ทำให้ร้านนี้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรมองข้ามเมื่อคิดถึงบุฟเฟ่ต์ชาบูในเชียงใหม่เลยครับ
