However, be mindful of the waitlist, which can last 1-2 months, reflecting the high demand for this training style. On the other hand, advanced training offers a different structure, focusing on customized programming and macros without the same level of direct coach interaction. This option is ideal for clients who have experience in weightlifting and macro counting and require more self-accountability. Indirect coach access through in-app chat provides flexibility while allowing clients to maintain their routines without constant supervision. Ultimately, both training options have unique benefits. Clients should assess their personal goals, level of experience, and preferred coaching style before committing. By selecting the right training type, individuals can maximize their results and efficiently progress in their fitness journey.
