✨FOLLOW UP ✨

Hey 👋🏾 you guys , I honestly didn’t think I would

have so many views or comments on my last post ! But THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE KIND WORDS & POSITIVE FEEDBACK! 😭😭😭😭 you don’t know how much I needed that ! THANK YOU 🩵😘 I appreciate everyone 🫶🏿. I went to the ER today for a follow up like they asked me too. I didn’t receive any blood drawn this time go round instead I just went straight to ultrasound. I had so many nerves and anxiety ! I was there alone and I was already upset about that because I should have never been alone. But ANYWAYS the doctor gave me an ultrasound and he was extremely quiet so I’m automatically thinking negative. He had already said to me I can have a miscarriage without bleeding and experience cramping basically repeating all my symptoms that I’m experiencing. So as he is looking he finds my baby 😭 and then says the baby heart rate is 150 bpm 🙂 so I’m thinking girl lol 😂🤞🏿 but it doesn’t matter I’m just thankful let’s welcome baby 6 ✨ #pregnancy #pregnant #pregnantlife #pregnancyjourney #pregnancyannouncement #momlife #blackmomlife #baby #storytime

Many expectant parents experience anxiety, thinking of complications or miscarriages, even without bleeding. During these emotional times, it’s important to focus on self-care. Techniques like deep breathing and trying to stay positive can help manage anxiety. Additionally, feeling supported by family, friends, and online communities can be invaluable. Engaging with others going through similar experiences offers reassurance and comfort. Sharing stories and tips about pregnancy, including heart rate tracking and ultrasound experiences, aids in building a supportive network. Remember, each pregnancy journey is unique, and it’s essential to celebrate the small victories, like hearing your baby’s heartbeat. This moment can be a turning point in embracing the joy of pregnancy, leading to a healthier mindset. Whenever nervousness arises, look for groups or forums online where experiences and advice can be shared. Understanding that you are not alone can provide immense relief during this amazing yet challenging journey.
