🌵Dinner: salmon bowl

- 1 cucumbers

- 1 avocado

- Sushi rice

- Salmon:

- toaster sesame

- rice vinegar

- McCormick’s: Sesame + Ginger crush seasoning

📍Bake in toaster oven: 400 for 15 mins

- Spicy Mayo:

- 1/2 cup mayo

- 2 table spoons of Sriracha ( but i add more)

- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

- 1/8 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

🌵 leftovers:

Use whatever ingredients you have left from dinner. I didn’t have any avocado left over but. Put it all into a skillet and add toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, and McCormick’s seasoning.

📍Warm in skillet

Throw some mozzarella cheese if desired

Plate and add your left over spicy mayo sauce.

Here are a few of my favorite ways to give them a delicious second life: Salmon Tacos or Burrito Bowls: Flake your leftover cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Warm it gently, then pile it into soft tortillas with a squeeze of fresh lime (just like the one in our spicy mayo!), shredded cabbage, and a generous dollop of that delicious spicy mayo. For a burrito bowl, use your leftover sushi rice as a base and add some black beans, corn, and avocado for an extra hearty meal. Salmon Fried Rice: This is a classic for a reason!
