I've learned that a classic, well-put-together outfit speaks volumes more than trying to squeeze into something that doesn't quite fit my vibe. Beyond the superficial, energy and demeanor are huge. Someone with a vibrant, active presence, who engages enthusiastically, often comes across as younger, regardless of their actual years. Conversely, slouching or a tired expression can sometimes add an perceived age. I try to stay active and maintain a positive outlook, and I genuinely believe it helps me feel (and perhaps look) more youthful.
