Peace and Joy Are In 3 Things…

Peace and joy are rarely found by controlling everything around us… they are found by finally aligning ourselves within.

The past was meant to teach us, not imprison us.

The present is where life is actually experienced.

And the future was never meant to be carried alone.

When we release what no longer serves us, appreciate the moment God has given us today, and trust Him with tomorrow… something powerful begins to happen within us:

Peace replaces anxiety.

Joy replaces fear.

And rest replaces striving.

Sometimes the greatest freedom comes not from gaining more… but from finally letting go.

... Read moreIn my personal journey toward peace and joy, I've found that the key truly lies in the delicate balance of releasing the past, embracing the present, and trusting in a higher plan for the future. Holding tightly to what has already happened only breeds anxiety and regret, but consciously choosing to learn from the past without letting it imprison your spirit can bring a profound sense of freedom. Living fully in the present means appreciating the moment God has given us today. This practice is challenging but rewarding—when I focus on gratitude and mindfulness, my anxiety diminishes and I gain clarity on what truly matters. It isn’t about controlling every outcome or striving incessantly but about resting in the assurance that life unfolds according to divine timing. Trusting God with the future was the hardest part for me, especially during uncertain times. Yet, surrendering control and placing faith in His plan has replaced fear with joy and rest with peace. This trust transforms the daunting unknown into an opportunity for growth and hope. Letting go isn't a one-time event but a daily commitment that blends faith, wisdom, and mindset. Combining these elements creates a kingdom mindset rooted in spiritual growth and abundance, as highlighted in #FaithBuiltSuccess and #KingdomMindset. Overall, peace and joy come not from accumulating more but from releasing what weighs us down and trusting God to guide our path. This approach aligns beautifully with the principles of Gio’ism and Christian motivation, inviting continual transformation and inner peace.

Which one speaks to you most right now? 1. Letting go of the past 2. Appreciating the present 3. Trusting God with the future Sometimes the area we struggle with most… is the very area God is trying to heal within us. 🙏🏻
