These are common “misconceptions” shall we say about birth. 1) nope! Kegels are a contraction/tightening of your pelvic floor or vaginal muscles and for birth those muscles have to do the opposite and relax, lengthen, NOT contract, and get TF out of the way 2) nope! You may have a higher risk
