Lorac Powder Contour Palette
Trying #Lorac a company that I've never even heard of.
I'm not impressed with the Pallet Pro #Contour Pallet. Comes with 3 powder shades: a cool-toned contour, warm-toned bronzer, and lightening powder. Since I dislike powdered bronzers & contours, this product isn't for me. Even though I'm not the target audience, I rate it a 5️⃣/🔟✨ because it broke up the base and results were "patchy." Don't recommend it.
When it comes to contour palettes like the Lorac Petite PRO, personal preference plays a huge role in whether the product works well for you. From my experience, powder contour palettes can sometimes cause uneven finish or patchiness if not applied with the right technique or brush. The Lorac palette includes a cool-toned contour, warm-toned bronzer, and a lightening powder, which is a convenient trio that covers the basics for contouring and bronzing. However, if you have dry skin or prefer a creamier texture, powdered products may not blend as seamlessly or could emphasize texture. I found that this palette works best with a light hand and a dense contour brush to build color gradually, which helps avoid the patchy look. Setting the powder with a setting spray after application can also help meld the powders into the skin for a more natural finish. Additionally, for those who dislike powdered products, trying cream or liquid contour alternatives might be a better option. It’s interesting to note that Lorac is gaining attention but may not be as widely known as other brands, which might influence expectations. Also, with the SKU #2583761 being easily searchable online, checking user reviews or video tutorials can offer further insights before purchasing. Overall, while this palette might not suit everyone’s preferences, it remains a good starter set for those wanting to experiment with contouring using powders. Combining good application techniques with this palette can improve results significantly.
