Day 35 | small treats
A little treat today - bought my first mooncake of the season (because I have been wanting to eat them)🥮 and it’s sugar-free! Also had my first cup of my fav grape americano from Luckin since I started my cut 😆
Next week’s goal is to reset, refocus, and keep moving towards the next milestone 💪
✅ leg day
✅ 15k steps

Besides indulging in sugar-free mooncakes and a refreshing grape americano, I like to balance my treats by hitting my fitness goals. For example, I’ve been focusing on leg day exercises and aiming for 15,000 steps daily to stay active and energized. When choosing snacks like mooncakes, opting for sugar-free options helps me enjoy the festivities without derailing my cut. The grape americano from Luckin Coffee is a great low-calorie pick-me-up, with around 150 calories per 16oz, that keeps me refreshed and satisfied. Meal prepping simple yet nutritious meals such as stir-fried veggies with prawns or minced beef pasta keeps my diet varied and sustainable. Adding protein shakes, like fruity pebbles protein shakes, supports my protein intake without added sugars. Decorating plain iced cakes from stores like M&S can be a fun and healthy way to personalize desserts while controlling ingredients. These small, mindful treats and fitness routines help me refocus and push toward my next milestone on this weight loss journey.
