First apartment

My fiancé and I got an apartment but we’re not sure where to get our furniture and essentials. We were thinking about getting our furniture on Wayfair but please give me some recommendations.

The appliances are black, countertops are brown granite, and cabinets are brown. What color would y’all recommend for the furniture to be??
