One essential step is regular exfoliation, recommended 1-2 times a week, which helps remove dead skin cells, smooth the skin surface, and prevent hair from curling under the skin. This simple action reveals fresher, brighter skin and can make a remarkable difference in your complexion. Incorporating facial massage techniques into your routine can also enhance your glow-up journey. A lymphatic drainage massage improves circulation and reduces puffiness by gently stimulating the skin from the center of your chin outward along the cheekbones. This not only revives dull-looking skin but also helps your natural radiance shine through. Keeping your phone screen and case clean is an often-overlooked tip that can prevent breakouts caused by bacteria transferring from your device to your skin. Try to sanitize your phone regularly to maintain clear, healthy skin. Hair care plays a vital role too—avoid brushing wet hair as it is more prone to breakage. Instead, rinse your hair with cold water and apply oil to the ends to smooth the cuticle and add shine. Nutrition is a powerful tool for glow-ups. Incorporating healthy fats such as almond butter, chia seeds, coconut oil, avocado, flaxseeds, and free-range eggs provides your skin with the nourishment it needs to stay balanced and radiant. Additionally, essential vitamins and minerals like calcium, vitamin D, zinc, folate, iron, B12, magnesium, and fiber support not only skin health but overall vitality. Foods rich in these nutrients include broccoli, cabbage, fatty fish, eggs, citrus fruits, dark leafy greens, almonds, and seafood. Gut health is equally important; fostering good digestion by eating slowly, limiting processed foods, and supporting your system with supplements like Irish sea moss, ashwagandha, black cumin, burdock root, bladderwrack, and magnesium can enhance your natural glow. Finally, decluttering your closet can have psychological benefits—keeping only your favorite items and following a one-in-one-out rule helps maintain a positive mindset and organized space, which relate to your outer glow. Remember, the path to a glow-up is a holistic journey that combines skincare, mindful habits, nutrition, and lifestyle. Be gentle with yourself, stay consistent, and your natural beauty will flourish.

I love this! but I do have one thing to say; if you have curls, dont brush your hair dry, it actually harms your hair unless you do it wet, as it can make your hair irritated and frizzy and it also makes it harder to brush, which results in an irritated scalp as well. Great post tho!

I love this! Except for slide six, bc if u have curly you are supposed to only brush it when it's wet! I'm not sure about other hair types tho!
