How I Use Essential Oils for Relaxation and Skin

Essential oils have become a simple but powerful part of my daily wellness and beauty routine.

Here’s how I use them naturally:

• Lavender oil:

Calms my mind before bed — I add a few drops to my pillow or diffuse it at night.

• Tea tree oil:

My go-to for clearer skin! I dilute it with a carrier oil and apply to any blemishes.

• Rose oil:

Nourishes my skin deeply — I add a few drops to my moisturizer for a soft, glowing look.

• Peppermint oil:

Perfect for a quick energy boost — I dab a little on my temples or wrists.

• Frankincense oil:

Supports skin renewal and reduces fine lines — I use it in my nighttime facial oil mix.
