On the other hand, vitamin gummies like NatureMade hair, skin, and nails, despite tasting good, were less effective due to their high sugar and syrup content. Instead, I recommend exploring alternatives like Nutrafol for more substantial hair health benefits. When it comes to hair care, steer clear of products like Pantene Biotin Miracle, which personally caused my hair to dry out and break. Sprite Vanilla Frost and 7up Shirley Temple. Both were “okay” but neither had a flavor that had me craving more. Ultimately I think both varieties may work well as a cocktail mixer. The flavors were mild and not very memorable on both and I don’t think I would repurchase either. #tastetesting
