... Read moreEating Indomie often can be tempting because it's quick and tasty, but I've found that balancing it with other foods makes a big difference. For example, using only half the seasoning packet significantly cuts down the sodium intake, which helps me avoid bloating and prevents spikes in blood pressure. I also like to cook my noodles with fresh vegetables like spinach, carrots, or cabbage, which adds fiber and vitamins missing from the instant noodles. Adding a protein source such as a boiled egg, grilled chicken, tofu, or tuna helps me stay full longer and avoids the rapid blood sugar spikes that instant noodles alone might cause. Avoiding the soup broth reduces the amount of sodium and additives I consume. Drinking plenty of water after eating salty meals also helps manage water retention. I’ve found that limiting Indomie to occasional meals rather than making it a daily habit supports better long-term health. Lastly, trying alternatives like whole-grain noodles or non-fried versions when available can be a healthier choice. Reading nutrition labels closely makes me more aware of what I’m eating. Combining these small changes has helped me enjoy Indomie without the negative side effects linked to its frequent consumption.

REAL TALK: finding friends in sg
idk who else agrees with me but i feel that singaporeans might be the hardest people to make friends with. singaporeans can be rather unfriendly and clique-y from my perspective because a lot of people make friends at a young age like in primary or secondary school and they move into jc or uni tgt
