Protien Bagels
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
.5 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 cups protien yogurt
egg wash
Directions:
1) Mix all ingredients together
in a mixer with a dough hook
( or you can knead with your hands)
2) Split into 4 balls and
push a whole in the center
to create a bagel shape.
3) Brush egg wash on bagels
generously and add toppings
of choice.
( mine has parmesan and 1 has jalapeño from my garden)
4) Bake in oven at 350 for 25 minutes or until tip is golden brown.
