Women in Ministry: Pour From Overflow
This word is for women in ministry as we prepare for 2026. God is calling us to learn how to pour into ourselves, to operate by His grace, and to work from a place of overflow, not exhaustion. Rest is not weakness—it’s wisdom.
So many times we give so much to others that we forget to be poured into. Then we feel drained, overworked, and tired, and that is not how God desires it to be. God teaches us how to equip people with the tools they need and then allow Him to do the finishing work.
I’m reminded of Exodus, when Moses’ father-in-law told him, “What you’re doing is not good—you will wear yourself out.” Moses learned to raise up others to handle the smaller matters while he focused on what God assigned him. Even Jesus knew how to rest and raise disciples to carry the work forward.
Remember, you are not just a vessel—you are deeply important to God.
