Day 5 🎉 TGIF! 🎉 Today is not just any Friday—it's the start of my second job! Last night, I was feeling so sore that I couldn't even think about working out. Hey, babe, it was like my body was saying, "No way!" So, I decided to treat myself—I indulged in a hot steaming shower 🚿, made some soothing tea with agave and cinnamon apple, and even enjoyed a melatonin sleepy time blend 🫖!
But guess what? Here I am, bright and early this morning, mapping out my workout plan for Friday and determined to get it done! That shower must have worked some magic on my muscles because I'm not feeling as terrible as I did last night after a good night's sleep. Let's crush this Friday! 💪✨
