Children Book
Long post! However , I hope you take the time to read the entire post!
As I write this, tears of are streaming down my face. A few years ago when my son was diagnosed with Autism.
I cried out to God seeking for guidance and clarity. Had I done something wrong? Was I walking in disobedience? So many questions raced through my head. I questioned if I had made a mistake serving God majority of my life. After years of celibacy, then a miscarriage, and now my only child’s was diagnosed with austim. My heart was so heavy.
Nevertheless, I told God if this is for your glory. I wont try to understand . Also, I made a promise to God that if I couldn’t teach my son anything else. I would teach him all about Him and His love. I have witnessed my son face incredible challenges, yet his inner strength shines through, illuminating even the darkest days, and he inspires all those around him.
Over years one thing that’s remains steadfast. That is his unwavering devotion to God. Anytime a soul-stirring Song comes on. He joyfully exclaims Hallelujah. I find him immersed in uplifting gospel music for long periods of times. One day I was on a road trip and I witnessed my son fervently worshipping God in the backseat. Watching him inspired me to write my new children’s book.
“I Am Who I Am”is a powerful story of triumph and hope. Gabriel is a little boy with autism. Despite facing numerous challenges in school due to limited speech and classmate bullying.
