It’s been awhile but #GRWM for BED! Been adjusting by body back to making that paper everyday! With that comes everyday challenges I’ve had to go to the hospital several times but I’m not giving up this is my year! #getreadywithme #bedtimeroutine #bedtok #fyp
Getting back into a daily routine, especially one as important as making that paper, can be both physically and mentally demanding. From personal experience, adjusting your body clock and habits to fit a consistent work rhythm involves patience and self-care. For me, that means prioritizing my bedtime routine, which plays a crucial role in maintaining energy levels throughout the day. Simple practices like winding down an hour before bed, limiting screen time, and practicing deep breathing have helped improve my sleep quality. Dealing with health setbacks, including multiple hospital visits, can be disheartening, but I’ve found that staying mentally strong and motivated is key. Having goals to look forward to and reminding myself daily that "this is my year" keeps me pushing forward, no matter the obstacles. Sharing my journey with tags like #getreadywithme and #bedtimeroutine has allowed me to connect with others facing similar challenges, which builds a supportive community and motivates me even more. If you’re struggling to balance work, health, and routine, my advice is to not give up. Take it one day at a time, listen to your body, and create rituals that help you recharge. Even something as simple as acknowledging when you’re feeling “Gleepy Head” and allowing yourself a moment to rest can make a big difference. Remember, progress isn’t always linear, but every step forward counts.
