Hey! I know you're looking to make the gym a regular part of your routine, and I’ve picked up some things that really helped me stick with it. Here’s what’s worked:

💖1. Set Clear Goals: Whether it's strength, weight loss, or just staying active, having a specific goal keeps you focused and motivated.

💖2. Get It Done First Thing: Working out in the morning has been a game-changer for me. The sooner you get it done, the less likely other things will interfere with your workout.

💖3. Track Your Progress: I use my Apple Watch to track my workouts, and seeing progress—whether in strength, endurance, or reps—is a huge motivator. You can use any app or journal to track how far you’ve come!

💖4. Accountability: Start a group chat with friends or find a gym buddy. Sharing your workouts with others keeps you accountable, and it’s a fun way to stay motivated.

💖5. Make It Enjoyable: Find activities you actually enjoy. If you love what you're doing, it won’t feel like a chore. Whether it's lifting, cardio, or classes, do what excites you.

💖6. Prep the Night Before: Lay out your gym clothes and gear the night before. This makes it easy to jump into action the next morning without any excuses.

💖7. Reward Yourself: Celebrate the small wins! After a solid week of workouts or hitting a new milestone, treat yourself to something special—a smoothie, new gear, whatever feels rewarding.

💖8. Mix It Up: Avoid hitting a plateau by changing your workouts every few weeks. This keeps it interesting and challenges different muscle groups. (I LOVE to go for a good hike and see all the nature with my pup!)
