Weekend Recap
My husband and I have been really trying to bring life back to the basics. We’ve spent the last few years in a big city and have now moved to a smaller town. Some weekends are still full of adventure. But now we also really enjoy the slow ones too.
We went on a run Friday after work to blow off any bad energy we had from the week.
We came home ate pizza and watched a lot of The Walking Dead (we’re currently binging it).
We woke up Saturday morning and it was rainy so we read all morning and then went grocery shopping.
After dinner we had cheesecake and of course watched more of The Walking Dead.
Then, on Sunday, to wrap up the weekend we went on another run to clear our minds for the week to come.
Nothing crazy or exciting happened, but it was slow and sweet and everything we needed.
