Sunday Breakfast

I am a lover of breakfast food. I tend to have Sundays set aside to reset, so I made all my favorites.

I estimated the calories because I wasn’t 100% sure on how much egg whites I used, calories for salt/pepper, and the calories of the coffee. However it’s definitely less than 400 calories for this big meal.

I get to enjoy my favorites guilt free. Let me know if you love these products too or recommend your go to breakfast on the weekends.

It's important to find a balance between enjoyment and health, especially when considering calorie intake. Here are some ideas to make your Sunday breakfast both satisfying and health-conscious. If you're a fan of breakfast staples like eggs, consider using egg whites or egg substitutes which can provide protein without the added fat. For those craving something savory, gluten-free buttermilk biscuits paired with turkey sausage can be a delightful option that keeps the meal low in calories. Additionally, organic white bread or a healthy portion of avocado oil spread can add flavor without guilt. Remember, it’s also valuable to incorporate fruits, such as strawberries, which can give your breakfast a fresh touch while being low in calories. Moreover, experimenting with flavored coffee, such as vanilla cupcake or naturally flavored ground coffee, can make your morning brew enjoyable without the extra calories. I'm a bread maker .. baked 1000s over the past 39ish yrs.. I make own sourdough starter and it's in every I make except my sweet breads. what I discovered is I shifted my eggs down to lunch , with first bread intake gor day.. what this does Is that you stop the trigger cravings effect bread gives you at start of day.. shifting your bread intake to lunch will stop thr munching hunger that comes with bread...or wheat flour which is the real culprit.. try this and you may find counting calories will be easier ti manage.. I lost 140lbs and recovered my youth because of making a few diet changes.. perhaps i will share some recipes with to super charge what u are doing . keep up the good work. it all counts and does matter.
