Day 3 of holding myself accountable
In my accountability journey, I've been focusing on strength training and monitoring my weights closely. Recently, I've managed to lift weights of 30 LBS (14 KGS), 45 LBS, 65 LBS, and even 105 LBS in my sessions. These milestones have not only boosted my confidence but also reaffirmed my commitment to this fitness path. It’s essential to celebrate small victories, as they contribute to our overall goals. Additionally, I've discovered the importance of community support in the fitness environment.
