Phu Tuen is a popular natural attraction, the top sandstone mountain. It is located in Phu Tuen National Park, Sribase District, Phu Tuen District, Thailand. It is the 2nd national park in Thailand. It is famous for being a remote hiking destination.

The name: "Phu" means mountain, and "chimney" (or bell) means big bell in the dialect of the province.
Topographical features: It is a mountain with a large cutting top plain of about 60 square kilometers, about 400-1,200 meters above sea level, and has a peak at the area of the shogunate of 1,316 meters.
Adventure: Tourists must walk up a steep hill about 5.5 kilometers and continue on a flat path about 3.5 kilometers (including 9 kilometers), a total walk of about 3-6 hours.
Highlighted tourist spots: There is an abundance of ecosystems such as meadows, pine forests, waterfalls and cliffs, with the most popular sunrise lookout being Swallow Cliffs and the most famous sunset lookout being Quagmire Cliffs.
เมื่อผมได้มีโอกาสไปเยี่ยมชมอุทยานแห่งชาติภูกระดึง จังหวัดเลย ประสบการณ์เดินป่าที่นี่ถือว่าประทับใจมากครับ การเดินขึ้นเขาชันระยะทางประมาณ 5.5 กิโลเมตรนั้นไม่ง่าย แต่ความสวยงามของธรรมชาติรอบๆ ทำให้ลืมความเหนื่อยได้เลย บนทางเดินยังมีทุ่งหญ้าเขียวขจีและป่าสนที่น่าทึ่ง ความสดชื่นของอากาศบนยอดเขาทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นสุดๆ จุดชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นที่ผานกแอ่นนั้นสวยงามจนผมลืมไม่ลง รู้สึกเหมือนได้อยู่ท่ามกลางธรรมชาติที่แท้จริง อีกทั้งยังมีน้ำตกเล็กๆ และหน้าผาที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ มีนักท่องเที่ยวหลายคนที่มาพักค้างคืนบนยอดเขา เพื่อรอชมพระอาทิตย์ตกที่ผาหล่มสัก จุดนี้ถือว่าเป็นไฮไลต์ที่ไม่ควรพลาดเลยครับ ถ้าคุณเป็นคนรักธรรมชาติและชอบการเดินป่า ผมแนะนำให้เตรียมตัวให้พร้อมและอย่าลืมพกน้ำและอาหารเล็กน้อย เดินทางช่วงฤดูหนาวจะเย็นสบายและเห็นวิวได้ชัดเจนกว่า ตอนเย็นบนยอดเขาก็จะได้สัมผัสบรรยากาศที่เงียบสงบ เหมาะสำหรับการพักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง การได้สัมผัสอุทยานแห่งชาติภูกระดึงกับการผจญภัยเดินป่าและชมวิวพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น-ตก เป็นประสบการณ์ที่มีค่ามากสำหรับผมและเชื่อว่าจะเป็นความทรงจำดีๆ สำหรับทุกคนที่มาเยี่ยมชมเช่นกันครับ
