Chicken Salad w/ Crackers

Chicken Salad

- 5 cups shredded chicken

- 4 celery stalks

- 3 medium carrots

- half an onion

- pickles (whatever amount looks good to you)

Sauce

- 1 cup cottage cheese

- 3 Tbsp greek yogurt

- 2 Tbsp sweet n' hot beaver mustard (or whatever kind you like)

- 3 tsp minced garlic

- Salt and pepper to taste

Chop up all of your ingredients and combine them in a bowl. For the sauce, put all ingredients into a blender until combined. Then, mix with the chicken salad. Enjoy!
