‏The Philly Cheesesteak BURRITO:🌯😍

‏📋 Ingredients (Makes 2 huge burritos):

‏· 2 large burrito-size flour tortillas

‏· 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced (or shaved beef)

‏· 1 large onion, thinly sliced

‏· 1 green bell pepper, sliced

‏· 8 oz sliced mushrooms (optional)

‏· 2 tbsp vegetable oil

‏· Salt, black pepper, garlic powder

‏· 6 slices provolone cheese

‏· ½ cup Cheez Whiz or nacho cheese sauce

‏· To Griddle: 2 tbsp butter

‏👨🍳 Instructions:

‏1. Cook Filling: Heat oil in skillet. Sauté onions & peppers until soft and caramelized. Remove. Cook steak in same pan until browned. Season. Add veggies back.

‏2. Cheese: Place provolone slices over the hot filling to melt. Stir in Cheez Whiz.

‏3. Assemble: Pile filling onto tortillas. Fold sides, roll tightly.

‏4. Griddle: Melt butter on griddle or skillet. Place burrito seam-side down. Cook 2-3 min per side until golden and crispy.

‏5. Serve: Slice in half and watch the cheese ooze!
