on my 3rd "lets get over anxiety"adventure

trying a little bit of journaling this time. I have tried dropping meds the first time after I managed to go a few months with out thinking I was gonna die mid panic attack.

(don't do that I can tell you from experience)

second time I figured I could gradually ween my self off other meds and keep trucking like a normal person.

(nope)

3rd time here we go..... just introducing the meds back into my system.

(this has been an on going war for about 8 yrs)
