The Abby Yung Method

I’ve been testing out the Abbey Yung method for the last month and here’s what I’m working with - let me know if you have any product recs!! This has been working well for me so far.

1. Ouai hair oil: pre shower I let this sit in my hair for at least 20 minutes, overnight if possible!

2. Garnier Fructis hair filler treatment: this goes on before shampoo and conditioner in the shower

3. Ouai detox shampoo: I use this once or twice a week to replace my reg shampoo

4&5. Dove Bond Strength shampoo & conditioner: I cannot stress enough how good this is for the price

6. Dove Bond Strength hair mask: makes my hair so unbelievably soft and it’s like $6

7. K18 leave-in molecular repair mask: truthfully not sure about this. I’ve used it before I tried the Abby Yung method and didn’t see a major difference, but hoping it’ll compound with everything!

8. Bumble & Bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil primer: heat protectant before blowdrying, lightweight and easy
