Bucket list places you probably never heard of 🫢

🇹🇭There are so many beautiful places in Thailand and this has got to be the most underrated one.

Ban Rak Thai is located in the northern part of Thailand and is one of the smallest towns in the country.

✨It’s not the easiest to get to, but if you love hidden gems and nature, this visit will be worth it.

✈️To get there, fly from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Then, rent a car and drive from Chiang Mai to Pai. Stay there for a night and then start again the next morning to Ban Rak Thai.

🇨🇳The town itself is so small and you can spend half a day there. It’s called the ‘Chinese Town’ because it’s bordering China and it’s the one place in Thailand where the locals speak both Thai and Chinese.

🏍️I left before it got dark and went straight back to Pai. One day is enough to explore Ban Rak Thai but if you’re ambitious like me, you can pack everything in a day. I’ll be honest — the drive wasn’t the prettiest and it takes 7 hours one way, but the views to me were priceless.
